Please be advised that our Risk Department monitors and assesses compliance with this policy daily. Exploitation of this policy is strictly prohibited. For instance, dispersing funds across multiple trading accounts to reduce the balance per account for the purpose of obtaining higher leverage is not allowed if these accounts are employing identical trading strategies. Such actions will result in these accounts being treated as a single trading account, as the aggregated balance is utilising the same strategy.
It’s crucial to actively manage your positions and ensure you have enough margin in your trading account to cover open trade(s). While we’ll make every effort to contact you if your account is at risk of liquidation, please remember that as per Section 15 of the Rothschildavenir Client Account Terms, we may adjust the leverage on your account without prior notice if needed.
